Wellness at Work Yoga is a Vinyasa (flowing style) yoga that focuses on moving with your breath, combining the elements of flow with form. Social Networking isn’t just for getting back in touch with your sixth grade classmates. Making connections is essential for making your business grow. Facebook and other social networking sites have become vital platforms for expanding small businesses. In this workshop we will set up a Facebook account for your business, explore how you can promote your business, and understand the variety of marketing tools available on Facebook. Please feel free to bring your own WiFi- enabled laptop or reserve a WREN computer. Also, bring a few photos and your logo on a disk or a flash drive.
